USAGE AREAS

t is used in filling of cracks providing good adherence to reinforced concrete column, beam, foundation, floor and walls by pressure injection method, dry, moist surfaces, for permanent waterproofing of cracks or joints with water.

APPLICATION METHODS

The product is applied to cracks on horizontal surface by sucking to surface several times with a brush or roller or the ready mixture is poured into the crack and the cracks are filled with the help of gravity. The cracks appearing in the vertical surface are filled with moisture-tolerant epoxy putty one day and after its drying, cracks feed operation is done until injection resin started from rawlplug at lowest level can reach a top-level rawlplug by hanging at 15-20 cm distances from top to bottom according to the state of the crack. During the application, it is ensured that the cracks are completely filled with resin. Depending on the weather conditions, accelerator can be used between 1% and 5% to accelerate the reaction.

MIXING PREPARATION

A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.
